If you’re new to fiber, start with 1/2 scoop for the first three days. Bellway Super Fiber+ Collagen: Add two scoops to 10 fl oz or more of water, juice, smoothie, or your favorite beverage up to 2 times per day and enjoy! If you’re new to fiber, start with 1 scoop for the first three days. Bellway Super Fiber+ Protein: Add one scoop to 12 fl oz or more of water, milk, smoothie, or your favorite beverage and enjoy! If you’re new to fiber, start with 1/2 scoop for the first three days.. Bellway Super Fiber Gummies: Adults, chew 3 gummies up to 2 times daily. No food or water necessary. CAN I TAKE FIBER IF I’M ON MEDICATION?

It works!

I love the taste and most of all my skin looks great and nails are growing and looking amazing. I've gotten compliments about my nails. They were once very short and breaking all the time.

I've been taking the collagen supplement once a day first thing in the morning. But, I may start taking twice a day.
