HOW DO I USE BELLWAY FIBER?
Bellway Super Fiber+ Fruit & Bellway Super Fiber+ Greens: Add one scoop to 8 fl oz or more of water, juice, smoothie, or your favorite beverage up to 2 times per day and enjoy! If you’re new to fiber, start with 1/2 scoop for the first three days.
Bellway Super Fiber+ Collagen: Add two scoops to 10 fl oz or more of water, juice, smoothie, or your favorite beverage up to 2 times per day and enjoy! If you’re new to fiber, start with 1 scoop for the first three days.
Bellway Super Fiber+ Protein: Add one scoop to 12 fl oz or more of water, milk, smoothie, or your favorite beverage and enjoy! If you’re new to fiber, start with 1/2 scoop for the first three days..
Bellway Super Fiber Gummies: Adults, chew 3 gummies up to 2 times daily. No food or water necessary. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended serving
Bellway Super Fiber Capsules: Adults, take 5 capsules with a glass of water up to 2 times daily.
CAN I TAKE FIBER IF I’M ON MEDICATION?
Yup! Be sure to take Bellway at least 2 hours before or after taking medicine, though, since fiber can interfere with medicine absorption.
DOES IT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
You may experience some minor bloating with the first few servings because your body needs time to get used to the increased fiber intake. Our advice is to take it easy. Start with 1 serving a day and gradually increase to no more than 3 servings daily.
