Honestly so great

Originally, wasn’t 100% sure if I was seeing results after 5-7 days of using this, since we’ve been stuck at home (1 tsp/day for 3 days, 2 tsp/day the days after). It wasn’t until I stopped taking this for two days that I realized...wow this is a game changer in the bathroom. You’ll quickly know how good it is when you go back the bad

FAQ

WHY FIBER?

Because fiber is the Swiss Army knife of supplements—it can do it all. From regulating your poop and relieving bloating to keeping your heart healthy, there are tons of benefits to taking the recommended amount of fiber daily,* but 95% of Americans don’t. We want better for you.

HOW DO I USE BELLWAY FIBER?

Take it 1-3 times per day, dissolving 1 serving of powder into at least 8 oz. of water—make sure it’s not too cold, or else the powder won’t blend as well. (Taking without enough water may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.) Mix well and enjoy right away!

CAN I TAKE FIBER IF I’M ON MEDICATION?

Yup! Be sure to take Bellway at least 2 hours before or after taking medicine, though, since fiber can interfere with medicine absorption.

DOES IT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

You may experience some minor bloating with the first few servings because your body needs time to get used to the increased fiber intake. Our advice is to take it easy. Start with 1 serving a day and gradually increase to no more than 3 servings daily.

WHAT IS IT?

Here’s some info to impress your friends with. Psyllium husk is a type of fiber made from the seeds of a plant called Plantago ovata. Due to its special gelling properties, it’s often used as a fiber supplement to help regulate digestion and bowel movements. Unlike other fibers, it doesn’t ferment in your gut and make you gassy, which definitely feels as uncomfortable as it sounds.*

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When psyllium is mixed with water, it turns into a gel-like substance. This works as a bulking agent in your digestive tract, absorbing water and icky stuff to create stool that soft and easy to pass, just how you like it. That’s why psyllium is so effective against constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, and tons of other digestive conditions.

WHY SUBSCRIBE?

It just makes life easier. You get the most out of fiber by taking it daily, and a subscription ensures that you never run out. (And that you pay less. Just saying.)

HOW MUCH IS IT?

Just $29.99 a month, or $0.53 a serving. We did the math.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?

Once a month, on the day of your initial purchase. That’s about 1 week before your subscription order ships.

CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Sure can! Head over to your account page to make adjustments to your subscription.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Cancel anytime by going to your account page or emailing us at hello@getbellway.com. Be sure to cancel before we process your monthly payment!
